Volunteer Opportunities
There are several volunteer opportunities for parents and families of Murphy Middle School. You may fill out your preferences on our Volunteer Form and return it to the school. A PTA representative will contact you. Download a Volunteer Form (pdf)
Volunteer Hours
It is important to keep track of the hours you volunteer. Whether work done in school, or projects taken home, all of your hours spent on school items is hours to be logged.

One last thing...
Before anyone can volunteer in school, you must have your background check on file with the office. Please go to www.pisd.edu and click on "For Parents", then "PTA/Volunteers". You must then print the volunteer notary form and return it to the office signed and notarized, this form can be notorized by the office personnel.
