Picking Up Course Schedules for 09-10

If possible, plan on being in town August 13-14 for Schedule Pick-Up. At this time, you can turn in required paperwork in order to receive your child's schedule, purchase the new spirit wear designs, sign up for PTA membership and inclusion in the student directory, purchase school suppliesand more.

To pick up course schedules, each grade must come at the times designated below: August 13 (9 a.m. - noon) -- Sixth Grade Only August 13 (1 - 4 p.m.) -- Seventh Grade Only August 14 (9 a.m. - noon) -- Eighth Grade Only August 14 (1 - 3 p.m.) -- New Students Only

School Supply Lists for 2009-10 School year Teacher Recommended School Supply Packages for each grade will be available at Schedule Pick-Up August 13 and 14th. Date Schedule Pick-Up Time Grade School Supplies Price August 13 9 a.m. - 12 noon 6th 6th Grade Supplies $49.00 August 13 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. 7th 7th Grade Supplies $45.00 August 14 9 a.m. - 12 noon 8th 8th Grade Supplies $49.00 August 14 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Schedules for New Students Only, School Supplies for All Grades The core subject teachers compiled their lists of preferred school supplies and our vendor, Class Act, has created grade level specific packages for your convenience. Through input from teachers, parents and students we have upgraded the kits to include a heavy duty binder and name brand supplies. The cost for sixth graders will be $49, seventh graders $45, and eighth graders $49. We will order an ample supply to fill your shopping needs during Schedule Pick-up in August. We will not be taking orders at anytime. Please keep in mind that these supplies are the basics. The elective classes may have a small supply list this fall. In middle school, we have very few fundraisers, and most are providing a service. This first PTA fundraiser offers parents the convenience of one-stop shopping for school supplies. We appreciate your support in purchasing your supplies from PTA, as this fundraiser helps make possible our programs and events throughout the year for students, parents and teachers.
