Murphy Middle School 2008-09 School Supplies Order Form

Attention 6th and 7th grade Parents:

School Supply Packets have been made specific for each grade level covering all core courses:

o 6th grade - $45.00
o 7th grade - $41.00
o 8th grade - $46.00

Supplies should be ordered in advance and picked up at Schedule Pickup. Limited quantities will be available for purchase at Schedule Pick-up.

The 2008-2009 School Supplies flyer was sent home with your student this week and an order form mailed with the PTA newsletter in May. Order deadline thru MMS is May 22nd.
